Pricing follows the shape of the work. Some consultations have clear starting points; larger programmes are quoted once we understand sites, cohorts, and decision dates.

Figures exclude GST. Travel outside Wellington is charged at cost with prior approval.
What influences a quote
- Number of sites and whether facilitation must be in person
- Size of the affected population and interview sample
- Whether we draft communications or coach your internal writers
- Urgency relative to known announcement dates
- Need for after-hours briefings across shifts
How billing works
Assessments and single sessions are invoiced 50% on booking and 50% on delivery of findings or completion of the session. Multi-week programmes use a monthly schedule tied to milestones. Deposits are outlined in our refund policy.
What we do not sell
There are no subscription tiers, seat licences, or monthly “platform” fees. You engage us for defined consulting work. If a lighter touch is enough, we will recommend a session or assessment rather than a full programme.
